Shipping Method, Delivery Time & Shipment Tracking 

We are able to arrange shipment via the following shipping methods:

PosLaju - within Malaysia
The delivery time for this method of shipping varies between 2 days to 7 days depending on the destination. The shipment can be tracked and traced at the Pos Malaysia website or by contacting the local postal service in your area.
Express Mail Service (EMS) - international outside Malaysia
The delivery time for this method of shipping varies between 3 days to 14 days depending on the destination country. The shipment can be tracked and traced at the Pos Malaysia website or by contacting the local postal service in your country.

Customs Issues 

Import Tax
The customer is considered the importer of the purchased products and will be responsible to pay all tax imposed on the goods by the country of destination which includes customs tax, import duties, sales tax, goods & service tax (GST), value-added tax (VAT) or any similar customs-related charges.

In addition to customs fees, customers are also responsible to pay for extra charges that may be incurred for customs processing & clearance, handling charges, brokerage fees, administrative fees and other relevant courier service charges.

If customers refuse to take delivery of a particular package due to customs or shipping issues, including refusal to pay customs taxes or extra handling charges, failure to provide requested documents, or other related issues, we will not be responsible for any refund or reshipment of the refused package.

Note: Customs policies vary by country and there is no guarantee as to whether or not shipments will be subjected to customs-related fees. Please contact the local customs office for further information.


Confiscated By Customs Authority
Customers are responsible to be aware of items that are banned in the country of destination. If any items are confiscated by the Local Customs Authority of your country, our company is not responsible for any refund or reshipment regarding the confiscated order. 





Lost & Undeliverable Shipments 

Lost Shipments
Our company is not responsible for any items that are lost in shipment, we will not provide any refund or reshipment for items that are lost in post.


Undeliverable Shipments
Undeliverable shipments are packages that are returned to our company. Reasons for undeliverable shipments include incorrect shipping address, refused or rejected shipments, unclaimed shipments or failed delivery attempts by the postal service or courier to deliver for reasons that the recipient is unavailable. If we receive a undeliverable shipment, we will notify the customer via email to arrange for reshipment. Shipping cost for the reshipment will have to be paid by customer. We do not provide any refund for undeliverable shipments. If customer do not want to pay for reshipment, all items in the undeliverable shipment will be forfeited and no refund will be reimbursed by our company. Shall we not receive a reply from customer within 3 months from the notification email date, all items in the undeliverable shipment will be forfeited and no refund will be reimbursed.
