We are able to arrange shipment via the following 3 shipping methods:

Registered Airmail
This shipping method is available under the Free International Shipping offer for products that weigh up to maximum 2kg. The delivery time for this method of shipping varies between 1 week to 4 weeks depending on the destination country. The shipment can be tracked and traced at the Pos Malaysia website or by contacting the local postal service in your country.

Parcel
This shipping method is available under the Free International Shipping offer for products that weigh between 1kg to 10kg. The delivery time for this method of shipping varies between 1 week, 4 weeks, 8 weeks or 12 weeks depending on the destination country. The shipment can be tracked and traced at the Pos Malaysia website or by contacting the local postal service in your country.

Express Mail Service (EMS)
This shipping method is not available under the Free International Shipping offer. However customers can request for this shipping method when placing the order by sending us an email with the order number to inform us of your wish to use this shipping method, we will then send a quotation of the EMS shipping cost for your review. If customer would like us to proceed with shipment via EMS for the indicated order, kindly make payment for the relevant extra shipping charges and we shall send the products once the transaction is cleared. The delivery time for this method of shipping varies between 3 days to 14 days depending on the destination country. The shipment can be tracked and traced at the Pos Malaysia website or by contacting the local postal service in your country.

Customs Issues

Import Tax
The customer is considered the importer of the purchased products and will be responsible to pay all tax imposed on the goods by the country of destination which includes customs tax, import duties, sales tax, goods & service tax (GST), value-added tax (VAT) or any similar customs-related charges.

In addition to customs fees, customers are also responsible to pay for extra charges that may be incurred for customs processing & clearance, handling charges, brokerage fees, administrative fees and other relevant courier service charges.

If customers refuse to take delivery of a particular package due to customs or shipping issues, including refusal to pay customs taxes or extra handling charges, failure to provide requested documents, or other related issues, we will not be responsible for any refund or reshipment of the refused package.

Confiscated By Customs Authority
Customers are responsible to be aware of items that are banned in the country of destination. If any items are confiscated by the Local Customs Authority of your country, our company is not responsible for any refund or reshipment regarding the confiscated order.

Lost & Undeliverable Shipments

Lost Shipments
Our company is not responsible for any items that are lost in shipment, we will not provide any refund or reshipment for items that are lost in post.

Undeliverable Shipments
Undeliverable shipments are packages that are returned to our company. Reasons for undeliverable shipments include incorrect shipping address, refused or rejected shipments, unclaimed shipments or failed delivery attempts by the postal service or courier to deliver for reasons that the recipient is unavailable. If we receive a undeliverable shipment, we will notify the customer via email to arrange for reshipment. Shipping cost for the reshipment will have to be paid by customer. We do not provide any refund for undeliverable shipments. If customer do not want to pay for reshipment, all items in the undeliverable shipment will be forfeited and no refund will be reimbursed by our company. Shall we not receive a reply from customer within 3 months from the notification email date, all items in the undeliverable shipment will be forfeited and no refund will be reimbursed.

Return Of Defective Items
The return of defective items is subjected to the following terms and condition:

Customer must fill in the Request To Return Defective Item Form (download here) and email to us within 14 Days from the date of delivery. Any request received later than 14 Days from the date of delivery will be rejected and shall not be entertained.
Customer must provide us with detailed information about the defect. This is to help us verify the request and to ensure that the replacement item will be checked accordingly to avoid similar problems. Request To Return Defective Item without defect information will be rejected.
Customer is advised to email to us the photos of the defect item for validation.
Customer must wait for us to review the Request To Return Defective Item and wait for us to issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number before sending the defect item for return shipping. Unauthorized returns without an official RMA Number issued by us will not be accepted and no replacement will be reimbursed by our company.
Customer is responsible for the safety of the return shipping item and must ensure that the item is securely packed, no replacement will be reimbursed if we find any other damages other than those stated in the Request To Return Defective Item Form.
Customer is responsible for the security of the return shipping item and should ensure that it reaches us safely. We recommend that customers send the return shipping item via Registered Air Mail. Our company is not responsible for items that are lost during return shipping and will not reimburse any refund if we do not receive the return shipping item.
Customer is responsible to pay for the return shipping cost of sending the item to us for verification.
Customer must email to us a photo of the return shipping Registered Air Mail receipt.
If the returned item is confirmed to be not defective, no refund will be reimbursed for the cost of return shipping paid by customer.
If the returned item is confirmed to be not defective, customer will have to be pay for the cost of shipping back. We will send an email to inform of the shipping charges and customer will have to fill in the Confirm Shipping Back Defective Item Form and email it back to us. Once we receive the payment for the cost of shipping back, we will arrange to send back the returned item. If customer refuse to pay for the shipping back cost or if we do not receive a reply from customer within 14 days from the email date when we sent the Confirm Shipping Back Defective Item Form, the returned item will be considered forfeited and no refund will be reimbursed by our company.
If the returned item is confirmed to be defective as mentioned in the Request To Return Defective Item Form, we will be responsible for the customer cost of return shipping only for the value spent for Registered Air Mail. We will not be responsible for extra cost incurred if customer sends the return shipping using methods other than Registered Air Mail. The amount that we would refund for the return shipping will be stated in our reply for the Request To Return Defective Item and no additional amount will reimbursed. The refund for cost of return shipping will be reimbursed only with MYN-i Vouchers, no refund in any form of monies will be reimbursed by our company.
If the returned item is confirmed to be defective as mentioned in the Request To Return Defective Item Form, we will arrange to prepare and ship a replacement for the original returned item via Registered Air Mail. We only accept one-to-one replacement for defective item and no refund will be allowed. However, if in case we are not able to provide a replacement of the original return item for any reasons, we will arrange to refund based on the item price when it was purchased including the original shipping cost of the item if the original order did not fulfill the minimum purchase requirement for Free Shipping. Refunds will be reimbursed only with MYN-i Vouchers, no refund in any form of monies will be reimbursed by our company.

Note: If the return request is rejected, a notification email will be sent to inform of the rejected status and the return request will be considered closed. Further request to return the same item will not be entertained. If customer persists to return the rejected item without our approval and without our official Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, the return will be disregarded and no refund will be reimbursed.

STEP 5 : Securely pack the item to be returned to ensure that it will not be damaged during shipping.

Apple Blossoms Trading began operations in 1992, starting off as a company producing Malaysian handicrafts and handmade art. Apple Blossoms Trading customer database primarily focused mainly on the localized retail market as well as small oversea orders from countries such as Thailand (Bangkok), Hong Kong, Japan, England and Australia. Established in 1992, the company was initially set up to take off from its parent firm that markets art prints and picture frames imported from England, USA and Europe. In the beginning, Apple Blossoms Trading sole purpose was to concentrate on handicrafts and handmade art of Malaysian origin.

1992-1996
The first product launched was Malaysian Pressed Flower Art. The product was very well accepted in the local and foreign market. It was certified as one of the products for Visit Malaysia 1990 & 1992 promotion and is also displayed at Muzium Negara. It was also advertised in a Japanese trade magazine and has been sold to Thailand (Bangkok), Hong Kong, Japan, England and Australia. 1996-1998
Handcrafted Boxes (made of paper and board) – the product range includes table top display items, jewellery boxes, drawers and specially designed packaging for exclusive items.

1998-2004
A bold step taken to market apparel – our own design and purchased labels. This developed into our own label of Louisa May which is a range of hand sewn exclusive design of medium price range. Also included are collections for the younger market of reasonable price range for school going young girls and young working ladies.

At almost the same time, we added in fashion jewellery and accessories to widen the product range. Treasure Chest is a collection of exclusively designed trendy jewellery using materials sourced from all over the world.

In the year 2000, we added a collection of exclusively designed bags under our brand Mistletoe.

Early 2004, Hair Buddies hair accessories were added to our collection.

In our range of fashion apparels and accessories, we aim to provide exclusivity and we have only a limited edition for every item – there is no mass production. We do maintain a moderate price range so that it is within means of all our customers.

2004-2011
The company continued to progress stably on the localized retail customer base focusing on fashion apparels and accessories as well as crafts. An exclusive collection of gift items that range from low to medium prices was introduced in 1994 which emphasize on good packaging with the right message. Included in the collection are hand designed gift cards, greeting cards and packaging.

2012-Future
Apple Blossoms Trading plans to widen the market reach and customer base through online marketing. The company's website was first launched prior in 2005 during the threshold of the Internet era and is now moving forward to re-launch a better system to remain compatible with the advancing technological requirements.

The company also plans to expand its product range to cater for a larger customer profile. Many new products will be introduced in the future including a range of home decor and lifestyle products.

We are a rather small company and is at the infancy stage when it comes to computing, as such we shall keep the purchasing process basic and simple to ensure that we can communicate with our customers efficiently.
